- How can I order?
You can place your order on this website. You can also place your order by email, fax or regular mail. Always mention a working email address.

- How can I pay?
At this moment the following payment methods are available: money transfer, Western Union, cheque, cash. Look for more information at our order info.
- I just placed an order, when does it arrive?
Your order will be sent the same or the next business day after we received the payment for your order. For shipping times see our order
information page. If you are not at home you can pick up your package at the nearest post-office.
- Which company takes care of the shipping?
We use the postal service from the Dutch TPG Post. At request other services are possible.
- How are the orders packed?
We use firm, plain boxes. We only put the most necessary stickers on the package. This includes your name and address, a return address, a
stamp and in most cases a priority sticker.
In some cases orders can be sent in a high quality bubble envelope.
- Has my order already been sent?
Please log in to your account. When logged in you can see what the status is of your order. If you forgot your password, we can send you a new
one by email.
If you have any questions left, don't hesitate to contact us.
- I can see in my account that my order has been sent, but I still did not receive it. What should I do?
Sometimes packages have a delay in the mail. This can have several reasons. In most cases the delay is only a few days. Sometimes the postman
forgets to leave a note when you are not at home, so please inform at your local post-office if a package has arrived for your address.
- There's something wrong with my order. Can I send it back?
Yes, you can send it back, preferably in the original state. We will make you a refund or send you other products instead.
Please always contact us before sending your order back to us.
- Is product X legal in my country?
We are sorry, but we can't help you with that. We make no claim on the legal status of any product. It is impossible for us to check the
law in all countries for all our products. It is your responsibility to check your local laws regarding these products. If you have any doubts,
always consult your lawyer. Do not order any products that are illegal in your country.
- Do you sell product X?
All products we sell are listed on our website. You can use the search engine to search for a specific product. If you still can't find it,
you can always try asking it by email.
We are constantly in search for new products to add to our website. If there's something you miss in our range of products, we highly appreciate all tips and information.
- How can I grow my own mushrooms?
We are sorry, but we can't help you with that. Our spores are for microscopic use only. Maybe you can take a look at our link page.
- Can I visit you?
We are sorry, but that is not possible. We only sell through the internet.
- Can I send cash in the mail?
Yes, that is possible. However, this is not a preferred method. Mostly it arrives correctly, but unfortunately not always. If you choose for
this method, please send it registered, so you can track it down if it gets lost.
