How to place an order

You can place your order online at this website. This is the easiest and fastest method.
If you are not able to place an order online, you can send us an email, regular mail, a fax or you can call us. Please do not forget to include a working email address, your name, address and your preferred payment method.

If you are not able to place an order online you can download an orderform and post, fax or email it to us.

What happens after placing an order

When you have placed your order online, you will receive immediately a confirmation email.
If you place an order by email, regular mail or fax you will receive a confirmation email the same or next business day.
With the confirmation you will receive a unique order code. If you have any questions about your order, please mention this order code.
Your order will be shipped after we received the payment for your order.

Shipping information

We always try to ship your order the same or the next business day after we received the payment for your order. Far out most orders are shipped within this 1 - 2 day-term. Nevertheless an order can have a little delay because of an item which is temporarily out of stock or there is something not completely clear with your order. In these cases we will always get in contact with you by email.
For shipping we use the postal service from the Dutch TPG Post. At request another service is possible.

Discrete packing and labeling

Discretion has a high value at Travellers Garden. All packages are firm, plain boxes with only the necessary stickers. Only your address, a return address, a stamp and a priority sticker are on the outside of the package.

Full Insurance

All packages have full insurance. If the products do not arrive at your address for whatever reason, we will start an investigation process at the postal service. In the meantime we either send the package again or refund your payment. Travellers Garden gives full guarantee on all products.
